@abhb294, proper hygiene can be maintained by brushing your teeth after meals like in the morning and after diner in case you may not have a toothbrush, traditional chew-sticks can work just fine. Ensuring you take a bath/shower often using mild soap and especially if you have been outdoors the whole day. Wearing clean clothes and underpants (which should be changed every day) and by cleaning your surroundings often like tidying up your room, washing hands after using the washrooms and before eating any meals. If you practice this, it becomes easy to do and you feel much better being clean and in a dirt- free environment.
