      It depends.

      In many countries you need to do a Masters degree for 2 years and then a PhD for 3-4 years. That means as a Kenyan in total, you have 8 (primary) +4(secondary)+4 (University-Bachelors)+2 (Masters)+4 (Phd)=22 years.

      In some countries like the UK you can skip the Masters and thus, 20 years.
